I would go by 50g of dry cacti for a single dose

A one to two pound section of a San Pedro Cactus is the equivelent of 300-500 milligrams of mescaline sulfate, a normal Indian dosage and upwards.

That would be a section equall ot one foot of cactus at least 2 1/2 inches to 3 inches thick.

if yours is from peru, you won't wanna take more than 25-30 dried grams.
your visual cortex is gonna feel sore by the end of your trip! =)

Thats the stuff i usualy have but for me even 50g dry is not strong enough I want ego death :smile:

y not just order a live cutting and graft a peyote on to it. in a year u will enough buttons for a dose and will not have to force down a litre of disguisting liquid green crap. most trichos produce 1 foot a year (enough for a dose) so y not just go with grafted peyote (where legal of course) also you could collect the seeds and help increase survival of this rare species!! my 2c

And peyote takes almost 8 years to mature, even on the top of a grafted San Pedro.

Here is one of my phootos of my peyote garden from years ago in Hawaii. Some asshole ripped it form my back yard where I must have shown it to over 800 people during that 7 years I grew the flowerpot of buttons.



And some dried buttons and the most popular of the Peyote books, all autographed to me excelt the heinrich Kleuver book.
