Harvesting Question

PF TEK. I checked the faq with no luck. A couple mushrooms are ready to be harvested, but do I take 'em off as they are ready or wait and do the whole flush at once? Also, I'm planning on dunking it right after the first flush so if I harvest as they are ready, when do I dunk?

I think it's good to do it all at the same time, but if they are going rotten and shit, or aborting then get em off. I dont think you are suppost to dunk after first flush, but if you want to you can do it right after harvesting.

Or maybe you dont have to do it all at the same time. I know you do with casing because its better to let all the mycelium heal and regenerate at the same time, for a healthier second flush. I dont see why this wouldn't apply to cakes as well.

Pick as they mature. Dunk after first flush in cold spring water for 12 hours. I made a 1/2 pint cake last 2 months and I got 7 dry grams off it.
