enhanced / supplemented solutions

spending time at the paul stamets site recently, i found that he mentioned enhanced / supplemented substrates. are there reference sources available to learn the nutritional needs of specific mushrooms?

instead of using water during cultivation this custom blended (sterilized) mixture could be used in it's place... hydration and nutrition in one shot...

i did a search here and couldn't find anything.

any idea's?

He has "recipes" for enhanced substrates in GGMM....do you have a copy?
