what's the difference between killing a whale for food and killing a cow for food?

about 100 tons.

as long as the whales aren't suffering unnecessarily and are being used efficiently i don't see anything wrong with it.

i know im passionate about it but everyone says its their culture

well it clashes with mine fuck there culture

theres an actual little squabble going on between greenpeace and the sea shepherd

theyre saying greenpeace hasnt done a thing in over a year to stop whaling and wont cooperate with the sea shepherd even when asked for the japs whaling fleets coordinates the greenpeace ship refused to give them the whereabouts of the whalers

greenpeace has been payed off and bought by the japs i fear

plus theyre kiwis
says it all

I think filthee is trying to get at moderation, and not killing things if it's not necessary. If whales where the only thing keeping people alive, fire at will. That's not the case though. Besides, rabbits well....they breed like rabbits:rolleyes:.

You just can't believe anyone anymore with politics unless you were there to witness it. I don't care who did what, the only thing that matters is what's next.

true, however, i do believe they have a cap on how many they can hunt. as long as the whale population is at sustainable numbers and not going extinct i don't see a problem.

people had no problems hunting bison until they were nearly wiped out.

no thats normal and theyre practically vermin anyway

id love to see the crew of the ship eat the ship full of whales they kill for canning,id help shove it down their throats

the japs themselves say it for research not food anyway

what are they researching again?
the japs were always a naval country werent they?
hmmm whales remind me of submarines...
