After today, I'm fucking there. This place is so goddamned clean it's amazing.
I love Japan, so much better than Australia, and so far from this experience I have learned the following two things:
1. Asians want to be white, whites want to be black, and blacks are gay. J-Pop sucks shit.
2. It's not that Japanese are clean and polite, it is that westerners are filthy and rude. You should not have to expect things to be clean and people to be polite.
Japanese people are amazingly friendly, I highly recommend you come here.
Asians don't want to be white i most certainly do not want to be white
and Japanese people are sick fucks
since you are not asian i can understand your appeal to fucking Nips but as an Asian and most Asians can attest to this
i fucking hate Japs they are dirty little fucks and their way of life is all fucked up
especially with their attitude towards women

ehh, sorry for jumping on your case. Kind of in a bad mood atm. On a lighter note, I had a beautiful time in Japan. I went to Osaka, Nara and Kyoto.

sorry it just bugs me how so many tourists think of Japan as some paradise destination in Asia, while they overlook man other beautiful countries like South Korea and China and even Vietnam.

Yeah, went for my brothers wedding. His wife is half Korean and half Japanese. I would love to hit up some more asian countries in the near future.

hmm
i think that hong kong is a filthy fucking country.
japan is very clean, hardly ANY rubbish anywhere in comparison to AUstralia. Hong Kong is disgusting, the air is vile and it STINKS.
Japan is nice, the women may be treated a bit weirdly but its custom, but when i give way to jap women in doorways they love it.
I know what you mean, i plan to travel to rural untouched areas of asia and all over the world for that matter.
calm the fuck down. i did not mean asians want to be white, i jsut noticed they have succumbed to western culture a LOT. Especially in Hong Kong seeing as they were dominated by the brits for so long, there seems to be little effort to regain cultural heritage in Hong Kong. But there is a lot of whim to the west over here

There's a lot more to Japanese culture than meets the eye.
The men work long and hard, and now more women. Everything comes in smaller portions and they are obsessed with presentation. They have no room (like places to put their trash). They have a lot of pride. Their is also racism among family names that is hard to see as a foreigner. You probably know about various perverted things. The drug scene is controlled by the yakuza, who struck a deal with the government to keep cocaine out but readily deal in meth. Most people there probably view meth and marijuana in the same group. And if you don't know about the slaughter of the dolphins, you should watch a video.
Have you seen Tom Green in Japan?

About politeness: I find Indians to be just as polite and courteous, and they have the ultimate advantage of having thousands of years cultivating and revering Cannabis. So when I'm older, I want to live in the Himalaya's and make some of the best damn hash plants around.

being in japan has made me realise how weird the english language is. now when im listening to my fellow australians i am starting to hear the words and not the meaning, and it sounds really weird.
also, ive noticed how differently americans and australians talk, and how differently we pronounce words like 'water' and lieutenant etc
english is a strange language, and since being here i have started talking differently (mostly to allow my host family to understand what i am saying)

Try hiking the southwestern japanese alps during Monsoon season. Beautiful superlush green trees and ferns and stuff, but watch out for those tiny mountain leeches, they're everywhere.
