BLUE CAKES!!! ZA?

I have a question. I've handled this one cake quite a lot. Now it has blue fingerprints all over it. Is this bad? Will shrooms grow on the cake where there is blue? Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future, i.e. wearing latex gloves?

just be careful not to apply too much pressure and make sure your hands are clean. No need for gloves.. If its just blue from bruising, it will be fine. The mushrooms grow where the water content in the cake is the highest.
