Mycelium piss or contam (pics)

I noticed some yellow spots on this jar about 2 weeks ago, at 50% colonization, and was worried. To my suprise, they went away within a week. I was told it was mycelium piss, since the jar was such a strong and fast colonizer. However, a few yellow blotches have come back. Is this mycelium piss?
