havn't slept at all in weeks freaking out...

now i'm panicingthat i'll go insane cuz i havn't slept for so long...
i just don't want to go nuts n be locked up
scared of going crazy
how has anyone gone without sleep?
longest reported waking days?

As for me, I much more try to think of my decades of Fuck up sleep problems than acute non sleeping.

longest iv ever been able to go was 4 nights, i passed out on the 5th day.

iv heard stories of tweakers and shit staying up much longer but i dont know how reliable they are.

I havn't slept in over two days...need some benzo's to help knock me out most of the time....gotta go to class in 3 hours, it's gonna suck big time.

I dont know what to tell you man. weeks is an extremely log time to go without sleep. i belive that the longest ive gone w/o is 7days in basic training, but even then they gave us an hour every day,and i was really starting to lose concept of reality. is there any perticular reason you cant sleep? maybee stress at work, or relationship problems? If it really has been weeks then the best advice i can give you is that when you get a chance reserve a day tojust lay in bed all day, and night. though you might not actually sleep your body will find the rest useful. In my experienc a unpeaceful mind is the biggest cause for losing sleeep. If you feel like that is the problem it is imperative that you address the issue. Id love to speak with you more about this so if youd like you can pm me at any time, and i will be more than pleased to listen. You guys on the shroomerey are like a family to me and id like to do whatever i can to help. plus when talking to strangers you know youl never meet its easier to dig further into the truth. I wish you a peaceful mind man, and in all seriousness TRY TO GET SOME SLEEP.

believe me... lack of sleep is not gonna make you go nuts... although i know the feeling and can completely relate... a good night's rest will have you feeling like new...

as for the origin of the problem, try seeking some therapeutic help... it did wonders for my insomnia and for my panic-attacks...

seriously...i think new world record no?
i thought docs always said that the body would eventually sleep anywhere anytime after so much sleep dep...

You'd be dead by now. Or you are plain insane. Nobody can go for 2 1/2 months without sleep.
After being deprived of sleep for an extended period of time your organs will start to fail.

It's 2 1/2 months. Not 4. But it is still plain bullshit. From a medical point of view you cannot go this long without sleep. Your kidneys would fail, your gastro-intestinal tract, general cardio-vascular collapse. Good night.

Hey Lucid, I don't want to freak you out or anything, but the same thing happend to me last year.  I hadn't slept in like 4 days and wigged out and got sent to the mental hosptial
