Torrent will be up tonight home slice...The quality is questionable. I recorded it in a fairly low resolution because I had just intended to upload it to youtube...But I can seed it as well. It's not terrible, but it isn't as good as it could have been.

Yeah, but it just seems like they're always the same. They show Emery cheesed and fuck and then he takes us to the biggest grow-op we've ever seen, then they show us people who need med pot and someone who gets it but obviously doesn't need it. Then they get some dick DEA guy to let them go and destroy a crop with them.

It wan't very unlike the one MTV aired a long time ago.

Yea...But I don't think it was as biased as most of them. It didn't slam the plant with a whole lot of bullshit propaganda like most of them.

It had some, but it was mainly the DEA agents feeding it. The reporter didn't invoke any of their responses. Like the Skunk contains 40 percent THC?? Yea fucking right. Kiss my ass, and call me kitty.

Bullshit, but most I felt was dealt with in a pretty reasonable manner.

I get what you're saying definitely. I thought the reporter did a really good job and you could obviously tell it was a learning experience for her as well. I don't know what I'm really trying to say. I just wish there would be a show one time where someone just goes, "hello, are you fucking kidding? This is a plant here before any of us and will be here long after, I don't have to give you medicinal reasons or any bullshit. This is good enough."

Actually, what he said was that the "skunk" contains 40-50% more THC than what they had previously been seeing around the area.

Fuck...I wasn't sure. I'm in the DUI class, and we watched another video on marijuana last night. The film was old, and I guess that dude said it now contains 30-40 percent...I wasn't sure which one it was...

how do they measure the percentages? the trichomes containing THC are tiny compared to the rest of the bulk matter. i'm going to call bullshit when it gets to 50. I bet some politician is going to say 100% one day.

i was let down. they just showcased people being ripped and not showing the cool side of herb beyond basic cooking and bomb grow setups. a lot of time was spent on sensational BS rather then the truth :thumbdown: talk more $ and social impact, tie it to emotions that way.

In terms of basic bias, I thought this was a pretty decent presentation. Horrible narrative though, and little depth into the actual issue.

There should have been more point and counterpoint debate.

QFT
Transport, sale, production, , trades, hell even detox could have been a possible mention for $.  They could have spent more time on the lack of medical study rather than just showing the people that don't need it medically.

It could have been much better without seeming overwhelmingly pro-cannabis.
