Ok you guys, there are 55,972 user on this board. There's got to be some people on here who have access to good video equipment and some who have access to editing software. We should make a video to discuss the things that this and other shows/specials/segments/documentaries don't and won't discuss.

Even if the Shroomery could get together and make a good marijuana documentary........

it wouldn't get any air time.

No TV program is going to play a documentary that portrays pot in a good light.

I think for the most part you're right. Have you seen the Hooked series done by the history channel? MH has it up on youtube, and it's very straight forward about marijuana and its legality, talks about the rediculous propaganda...its pretty straight forward.

Also, though this is in no way a leap forward, I was sitting with some family and they had one of those dumb ass family values small town suburban every-episode-has-a-lesson type shows on. Only this one happened to be about medicinal marijuana, and I have to say, there wasn't much bad being said. It was very much about the way it had improved the quality of these sick peoples lives in the town etc.

I was thinking of making some pro-pot documentaries for you-tube, and counter propaganda. The ones that are on there now are shit. Maybe interview medicinal mj users, and point out political bullshit? If they are good we could send links to NORML etc. Even if these are preaching to the choir, they could reach a bigger audience.

There is plenty of good marijuana info on the internet.

We need to get this information out to the people
who won't willingly try to find out the truth about MJ.

The sheeple who blindly follow what they are told by the media.

How to accomplish this task is beyond me.

People only find good info if they know where to look. Some people go to the "partnership for a drug free america" for their info rather than erowid.

It would be interesting to see who actually makes up the anti-pot demographic. Everyone i know, from my friends to my relatives, are indifferent or pro.

Articles published in opinion pieces in a variety of magazines and newspapers on a regular basis would help sway the opinion IMO.

It's 12 percent from being compressed. It took me awhile to get it to look reasonable, and a reasonable size.

I messed up when I recorded it, and accidentally made it look real good, but it was 5 gb...So, now I'm trying to get it around 600-700 mb. It looks decent, but I apologize that it doesn't look great...I mean it isn't bad, but not as good as my others.

Next time this won't happen. If you are on in like 30 minutes I should be able to send you the torrent.

I'm uploading it to youtube, and seeding to a few people then letting others seed it.

After I do all of that I guess I could upload it there, but it's going to be a week before I have the bandwidth to do all of that.
