germinating spores

i made up a bunch of syringes containing mushroom spores about 10 days ago

Inside it apprars that hyphae have formed

has anyone experienced anything like this?
could it be conmat?
what could possiby survive in a sterile syringe w/ mush spores?

resist global us dominance and destruction by modifying consumer behavior

1) Yes.
2) Maybe, but probably not.
3) Bacteria.

Nothing should be growing at all in it if the water was sterile and there are no nutrients in it. Did you use just plain water, or did you add something to it?

I agree with Mickey. I have seen spores cluster together in what look like blobs of mycelium, very similar to culture syringes. The water I used was sterilised tap water. I have also seen mycelium grow on the glass surface inside of a fruiting chamber. I think that the spores need much less than most people think to germinate.

I heard traces of honey or brf could cause germination but mycellum wont grow any more if it cant get more nutritions

plain tap water was used
we'll see what kind of growth i get in a couple days
