spore cloud thing in syringe-can't grow anything

Hello all,
I simply cannot make any shrooms no matter what! I ordered from Sporeworks (who I see has a good reputation here) some MycoBags and a syringe. Now, I guess their good and nice and everything, but I'm starting to get frustrated. Back in September, I recieved my MycoBags and a Cubensis syringe that had a small cloud like thing floating around in it. At first I just thought it was a clump of spores or a spore cloud or something, but what do I know. This concerned me, but I innoculated anyway. Later, I emailed Sporeworks about it and they said it was most definately germinated spores or something and not to worry it should still be viable. Well, sure enough it WASN'T viable. A month went by and not a speck of growth anywhere on any of the bags. I contacted them about it, assured them I did everything properly and methodicaly, and I soon got a replacement syringe, BUT, this syringe had the SAME cloud thing floating in it! I emailed them and expressed my concern and growing frustration about it, and got an ambigous response saying they should be viable, and not acknowledging my frustration. Well, I just went ahead and innoculated them, but I'm not expecting anything because it had the same cloud ball in it that the first one had that did nothing. Now, tell me, has ANYBODY ever had this kind of cloudy little dust ball floating in syringes you've orderd? And if so, did they work? Should I ask for yet another syringe from SporeWorks.
Please someone give me some comforting advice as to what to do.
p.s. - If this should have been posted somewhere else, then I apologize and tell me where to post it.

Had the same thing with a PR syringe from Sporeworks but after a lot of shaking it finally seperated and I had no problems with colonisation.

The cloud does not make the syringe any less viable.

If anything, it?s a sign that the spores are viable.

Yeah shake it up to break it apart. The cloud shouldn't harm anything, and the vendor your ordered from is definitely reliable. If they sent you a replacement syringe I am certain they took extra precaution to ensure it was sterile and concentrated.
What strain are you using? What temp are you trying to colonize at?
You said you're using a myco bag... A mistake I see people making is injecting cube spores into the center of the mass of substrate. While this will work, it takes longer to colonize. You should not poke the syringe into the middle... Get the spore solution on the outside of the substrate, between the substrate and the bag material. This should speed things up. Also, if you are injecting into the middle, it will take much longer before you see mycelia growing, because it's starting in the center and working it's way out. If you are not seeing contams growing, leave your bags that you've already innoculated sit for a while, eventually they will colonize, if not all of a sudden.

They're definitely viable. I had the same thing, broke it up, and injected into a myco bag, it fully colonized it. Where in the bag did you inject it? Did you massage the bag to spread out the spores or mycelium if any grew?

spores sometimes germinate in syringes. It's no big deal. It sounds like your failure had more to do with another problem. How much solution are you using to innoculate 1 bag? the whole syringe?
