Probably in the 5-8 neighborhood. I havent checked it in about 10 years. Im about 115 lbs though, so there isnt room for much body fat.

that would  give you visible muscle striations all over your body even when chewing,
I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT.
i repeat, STRIATIONS not just visible abs or some shit.

this guy is around the bodyfat you mentioned:

I was tested by a professional

by an immersion test ? about the only possible scientifically acurate method.

if it was done with a calipometer (aka fat tweezer) results are bullshit, same for electricity flow test and other bogus.

can you see your abs, ALL of them? not just when flexed individually seperated, those are indicators
when you are reaching 8%

for the 5% people !
also, even if you dont workout, by fully extending your arm you flex your tricep muscle on
the back of your arm, at the bodyfat you specify, you should see lines running all over
it aswell as lines in your chewing muscles when chewing.

lol, yeah you guys most likely aren't that lean. Skinny people have a higher rate of bodyfat, because it's a ratio.

If you were truly very skinny and at a low single digit rate of bodyfat you would know. Either you would be sick (7% and lower) or you would see everything. Professional tests are usually innacurrate, with those water dunk tests being the best.

The lowest I ever got was probably 7 or 8% at 120lbs or less. Never again. Right now I'm trying to gain 40lbs or so by next year. So I'm probably at 15% bodyfat and it's annoying, but I'm dealing with it.

I agree with the electricity flow test being bullshit.

I'd be interested to know my bodyfat percentage, but not interested enough to go and have it tested.
The numbers don't hold much significance to me, all I'm concerned with is feeling healthy and happy.

what? not healthy?  i would consider anything less than 8-9% healthy.  the % strived for in wrestling during highschool was 4-6%  anything less than 4% was considered spectacular. and we had guys that were healthy AND ripped with up to 8-10%.

I have no idea.  Maybe I should find one of those immersion tanks to see where I'm at.

absolutely not.  the guy in that picture has no higher than 3-4%. in reality, its probably less than that.  when i was at 3.2, even i didnt look that bad.

skin caliper tests are fairly accurate. i think they are within 1-2% accuracy.  when i was tested with the caliper they took measurements of my neck, arms, sides, stomach and legs.
