as redstorm points out that's a seperate issue than whether he should have been charged, but are you actually advancing the position that their wasn't probable cause or that he wasn't guilty?


If so, how do you figure?  I've explained why I think he's guilty and listed the conclusions neccesary to support that... what do you disagree with?  The reasons I've listed at minimum seem to establish probable cause unless there are facts I'm not aware of.

All this seems pretty weird without them stating whether or not they got the kid to testify.


The only plausible reason they wouldn't have convened a grand jury is that the kids refused to cooperate and the prosecutors didn't want to force them.  Anything else would be bullshit.


How can you not get foley up on the stand and ask him if he said such and such and then ask the kids if he said such and such?

WTF was folely appologizing for?


THe florida law is a pretty low bar.


I'm not aware of any federal law that Foley violated, but it seems he must have violated state law given his statements.


What other inapropriate statements could he have made except those that appealed to prurient interests?


This is either political bullshit, cowardice, or a cover for the kids who didn't want to press charges.



All they have to do is ask Foley and the kids and then search the computers.
