For starters, McCain can forget Michigan if the economy continue to tank, which it will.  Judging by his campaign schedule, he already realizes that.

It's supposed to take a few months to set in.  They haven't even started to spend the money yet.

millions? where's the criminal indictments, how bout we elect
obama and just give our paychecks to him to dole out for the
big companies to have a huge party and not invite us again

shafted from both ends again with this WALLSTREET bailout

I suppose I meant of the 700 (850) billion, not the FNM/FRE and AIG bailouts.

The Arizona Senator has instructed his team to not spend time on the transition effort, according to the source, both out of a desire to have complete focus on winning the election as well as a superstitious belief that the campaign shouldn't put the cart before the horse.

I see, so Obama and McCain support giving money to people that
cant manage their own finances, the same people we've allowed to
handle our money for decades but not just for the mortgage
industry as they've both claimed the $700bn was for, this one
is for the money managers... corporate welfare rules!

Pretty much.

There sadly aren't any realistic alternatives.

so that's like saying you'd give you money to the retard
because he makes you laugh and said he can make you millions
off your $20 investment instead of the pasty geek that lives
and breathes money

who cares if the alternatives are viable, this year make it
about sending a message this year, not about voting for the
lesser evil

America's debt problem is a "sign of leadership failure"

We have "reckless fiscal policies"

America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership.

Americans deserve better
