Flat HeaDed friend?/won't dry

what's up everyone ?...............i have a fat fruit growin down off the cake and resting on foil ....now the fruit is bulbous but flat at the bottom ..where it was resting...is this still okay to consume?...i also have 4 fruits that i have had out drying for like 3 days already..they are cracker dry on the cap and bottom of stem ..but still feel all rubbery in the middle......what should i do ?
