Cakes/Pins Normality

I birthed and dunked a cake for 12 hours. Its been about 3 -4 days and no signs of pinning, im kinda discouraged and dont know if anything is wrong. Besides that. The cake is still white. I had a problem with temps too high, so I placed 2 iced arrohead bottles in there, and it dorpped the temp down. The cake isnt fuzzing like before in the high temp, I heard this is normal, correct? And the cake seems to "look/feel" dry, yet it doesnt blue, is this normal? Are cakes supposed to feel wet or what? The cake has almost lost its distinct mushroom smell.

Just make sure your humidity is good (95-100%) and wait. Patience is the hardest step in any tek to deal with.

Well your cakes are not supposed to be saturated, but they are not supposed to be completely dry either. They probably are fine. As for blueing, if they haven't produced a flush yet, then they won't blue much, if at all.
