uneven pinning - normal?

I have had three cakes (B+) in my Terrarium for a week now, one has two fine looking mushrooms growing (1.5 inches long) and the other two show nothing at all. Is this normal? Will the other two pick up?

I have found that there usually is one casing that by far out performs the others. watch that one and see if the end product is more than from the others.

Dispite his racial handicap, this man is very important to me, he not just some ding-bat I picked up on the strip.
