well... im not sure what the minimum requirement would be.... but most people do BW exercises to failure(until correct form is compromised), and then you have the cross fitters who go until complete failure(cant fucking move), i prefer to just go until failure, the rule of thumb is to do 3 sets of each exercise until failure. giving a minute or two in between sets for recovery. and only giving 2-3 mins in between each exercise. the great thing about this is you dont need to remember how many reps you do or any of that garbage, your body will tell you when youve had enough, and after 3 sets of failure = success

for chest i would highly reccomend hindu pushups or dive bombers, or both. change up the variations of the pushups from wide, close, diamond, fingertips and elevated, also handstand pushups are awesome for your shoulders and chest. pullups/chinups are awesome for the back, chest and arms.
you already have a decent core routine, i would suggest adding leg lifts, v-ups and coffin situps to your workout, L-sits with a pullup bar are awesome too.
one piece of advice, switching up your routine and adding new workouts frequently will help you build better, it prevents your body from getting used to one routine, and when it does that your growth stagnates. hope this helped! im pretty knowledgeable with BW workouts so dont hesitate to ask.
p.s. feel free to do a BW workout more than once a day if you have the time and energy and are not sore enough already. and be sure to get enough protein right after your workouts as well. you have approximately 30-45 mins after a workout to absorb optimal levels of protein.
