anyone know of a good comprehensive power aerobics guide online thats FREE>

you know, like those posters they used to have in gym clss that have like 112 different types of situps, pushups, pullups etc.

your guess is as good as mine....but workin out isnt really that hard to do, aside from finding the motivation. with all the years of wrestling i went through i found that regular old fashioned push ups can be your best friend. damn, im sitting here trying to think how many i would do in a day during the season and the numbers actually surprise me....had to be at least 3 or 4 hundred.

what exactly are the kind of results you are looking for? you trying to bulk up and add some weight, or you trying to tone up your muscles and get that 6 pack for the ladies?

yeah but im trying to find diagrams of the various types/styles of say, pushups.

Example.  hands forwardand straight works specific arm mucles, where as spread out arms, palms/wrists in, works your outter pectorial/underarm.

Same goes for situps/crunches.. there are a grip of different styles you are supposed to alternate between to get all muscle groups for proper toning.

Mostly im in shitty shape, power aerobics was probably the best all around workout I ever had as its a mix of cardio style and bulk/toning.  Plus, its FREE with no equipment at my house since my poor ass couldnt afford a weight set or bowflex. :smile:

do they fit in a decent sized closet when folded up? Ive been specifically looking for soemthing similar for about 2 years.. bowflex wont finance my ass though due to having to much credit, and the crappy walmart brand ones break and suck general ass.

Yes they fold up, if not in the closet , then against a wall they arent to intrusive

What kind of pricerange would we be talking? Id have to sell off or whore myself out for probably 2 weeks to a month to be able to get cash together for a used/return/refurb/niggastolemyTV.

no, no I'll talk to him I might stressing might(this guy isnt a close friend) be able to get you a returned/slighly damaged one for just the cost of shipping...I'll let you know but don't get your hopes up..he's done it once before for me so I don't know if 2 times is the charm

work yourself up to 500 pushups a day and youll be happy. 2 times during the day do a warm up set of 50 followed by 2 sets of 100. not that bad once you get used to it.
