Melatonin at night
    #8862964 -

I have a bottle to try out, 3mg pills. I'm not sure if this is too much. There was 3mg, 5mg, and another below 3mg, don't remember exactly how much but it was in mcg (?)

To those of you that take it, how much do you personally use?

i use 3 mg, sometimes 2 3 mg pills. but not every night, otherwise it will begin to lose its effect.

I've tried between 3 mg and 15 mg... you'll want to stray on the low end due to it screwing up your circadian rhythm if misused.

For getting to sleep, I prefer valerian root.

it comes in 1, 3 and 5mg.  i use 5mg whenever i need it, which isnt often. it really helped me get past the insomnia of quitting habitually smoking pot for years.  5mg is all i need to be out within an hour.

1 or 2 three mg pills is a wonderful cure for insomnia, but i usually find myself dragging more than usual in the morning, a feeling i hate

I usually only take a 1mg tablet and it works fine for me.
It said to only take one on the package, but if they make 3mg and 5mg pills that's good to know I'm nowhere near overdoing it
