In a few days, John W. Allen's will present some information regarding a forthcoming discussion with the FBI's Cyber Division about Kilgore and Controlphreak and some members of the Nook Drug Website.

He will also be having some interesting conversations with the News Media and some investigative journalists who are interested into gaining an insiders look into the management and operations of such a site as the Shroomery and any relationship the Shroomery may have with certain members of the OTD who also belong to the Nook. These journalists are also interested in helping to uncover members with multiple names who can be investigated under the Homeland Security Act because of their anti-American comments and connections with others outside of the U.S.A. I will also be filing some new additional charges related to my original complaints against the administraion of the Shroomery against certain members of the Nook who also frequent the Shroomery under different names. According to investigators involved, some John Doe warrants can be issued. Two nook members were warned today regarding their innapropriate and somewhat suggestive comments they made in regards to me related to pedophila, and posibly some participation by these two individuals in the creation and mailing to me, of phony photo-shopped images of me in suggestive postions with little children form ASian COuntries. Images which ae now also being emailed to me as a joke. The majority of these sick images of phony faked Photo-Shopped child-porn images of John W. Allen with little children in sexual positions are shameful and discusting and he will not let it continue because this situation and those involved in this arbitration will be going to court.

I want all the good people who visit this site to know of these two creeps, Kilgore and Controlphreak who somehow convinced someone to ban me because for some reason or other, I cannot log onto the site. I think this ban is backed by mod friends of these two charaters because of their outright telling of lies about me.

I promise the Nook through this posting that I will work towards making sure that some of their members will soon began to hav a lot of legal problems to begin against them and their families for this indescretion and lies against me and for the administration not standing up for me when i have done nothing to deserve this ban against me and for the lies which Kilgore and controlphreak just helped to respread about me.

This is only the beginning of this with kilgore and controlphreak. And I will carry this into a few other Nook members who have fucked with me in the past over this matter. You just caused the shit to hit the fan. And I will not stop what I started to when I had to report this over the shroomeries illegal hijacking of my site and all of the pedophilia comments spread by Em_Bre_O between August 3, 2007 and November 3rd of 2007 when Ythan renewed my domain name as his property and is now offering to sell it for a price. I paid Thor Jonnsen of Canada for a 5-year domain name with my money. Then Thor Jonnsen fraudueltly registered the domain name of http://www.mushrooomjohn.com as the property of the Shroomery. Neither he, nor Anno of the Shroomery or Ythan ever informed me that I could pay for this domain name without their help. They took my money and that is fraud.

I also wish to mention that Ythan, through a third party, offered to return my domain name to me if I promised to sign a paper saying I would not sue him or any members of his site and he would return my domain name to me. That is blackmail. I have his letters of this offer with the papeers writtten up offering to return what was already mind under conditions I would not agree with. This problem today is now going to affect some members of the Nook. I happen to like the nook and have contributed greatly to the site with hundreds of ethnomycologial papers on mushrooms And by the way, those who love my site can join the Nook (unless they are already a member).

Today in two threads, kilgore and controlphreak started some serious shit and false accusations and apparently the mods have banned me from the site. Well, I will be the first to admit that while the majority of Nookers are cool and safe and honest people, there are a few members of whom I will discuss my situation and opinion of them with the Federal Authorities because it will soon be payback time for some of them, and for several Shroomery members as well as Ythan and Thor Jonnsen, especially with those members along with some shroomery members who spread false rumors and created sick phony photo-shopped images of me with little children in unmentionable positions and suggestive of a human sexual contact. Paul Stamets is also going to be subpoenaed into Federal court to be questioned into his relationship with Shroomery member Em_Bre_O, a person who attended one of Paul's Stamet's Mushroom Cultivation classes to learn how to grow illicit mushrooms (Mr. Stamets is not involved in any way with the cultivation of illicit mushrooms. Only those of an edible natured or those having medicinal properties are of interest to Paul Stamets and his company, Funghi Perfecti), and Em_Bre_O is one of the recent primary neaderthals who began sprreading false rumours about me and little children in Southeast Asia and Paul Stamets is one of a few people who know Em_Bre_O's identity and since I am someone who has been accused of a criminal felonius act, I have, under the rights of the 4th Ammendment, The right to face my accuser. Last fall, on four separate occasions, I attempted to talk to Paul Stamets about this manner. And in a cowardly manner, Paul had both his employees, as well as a couple of his children, sidetract me by coniving stories of how important Paul was, a celebrity, someone who was unable to come to the phone. Too busy, but apparently also full of it. So he can come to court and lets see what my attoneys can dig form his business foe him to give up this name of this lowlife person who has slandered me with libelous and defamation of character by assassinatory falsley claiing i told him certain tales of my time in Thailand with young under aged girls. A blatant lie. While I never told paul about what I wanted to talk to him about, apparently his friend Em_Bre_O did and so Paul avoided any contact with me perosnally and he is someone with whom I had been a friend of for more than about 32 years.

I wish it was not illegal to post those images, because I would really like everyone who visits here to see how sick the Shroomery members who created those sick discusting phony child-porn imagesd look like and also read their comments about me yet have never read any of my papers or works on magic mushrooms, norr havve they ever met me. And many members of the Shroomery are under age. I will also report to the NAACP and to Al Sharpton's entourage, how the Shroomery administrators allow their mods and members to be balatantly allowed the use of the 'N' word. The majority of those who use this vulgar and infectuous word are usually young white male adults, between the ages of 16-26-years-old and, as noted, are mainly those of the caucasian race. And I must admit that the constant use of the 'N' word at the Shroomery site is used as a word of hate. Pornography is also common and runs rammpant in the OTD Fourum of the site, including even beastiality is availabel in the Off Topic Discussion Forum and can be accessed and available to anyone who registers. Another matter is Gay bashing and only about ten percent of the actual site is about mushrooms. The majority of the members are young and the administration has no controll over the site.

I intend to post in the next few days, the two threads in their entirety and the comments made by both kilgor and controlphreak, and that I seemed to have been banned for defending myself against personal attacks which are now going to be returned in a way some members will never forget. And truthfully I will enjoy every minute of what I am about to finish from what they started.
