terarium problems

I had 6 cakes that was contam free throughout colonization until i put them in the terarium. The terrarium is a large plastic tub with plastic wrapped over it with a HUGE rubber band to close it. Perlite on the bottom which i didn't do anything to because it's already sterile and the cakes resting on tin foil. Well after i put all 6 cakes into the terrarium they ALL got contaminated within 2 and a half weeks. O yea i also dunked it for 12 hours before i put them in. I fan two or three times daily and rarely ever touch the cakes unless i need to pick off an abort. What do you think can be the cause of the contams. When i set up a smaller terrarium i never had a problem with contams. Any advice???? thanx

1/ Add peroxide to perlite water.
2/ Did you dunk in sterile water??
