The problem is that this guy slept on our last deal - went back on his word and now wants a refund.

I will now just try and refund him once I try to locate his info since he doesn't have an order number, or even the amount he sent me.

well i hope this guy gets his $0.50 back or however much it is he's crying about.  seems like you've done everything right that you can graham, and he's done everything he can to badmouth you

i honestly don't think he deserves a refund, you fullfilled your end, and it sounds like he might have tried shipping it to someone elses house and hoped he could pick it up at the post office when it was refused or undelivered, regardless of what happened it was all his fault and tried to make it yours while also "trying" to hurt your rep.

yep, he's never provided a breakdown of any expenses, and now he says there's some money order that isn't cashed?

It appears as though Mycopath has agreed to refund my order minus the cost of shipping. I'm very pleased this problem seems to be resolved now thank you Graham:thumbup:

I think the moral of the story is NEVER use UPS.
USPS has always been golden service for me, up here in Canada.  UPS has fucked up delivery multiple times to me.  I always confirm my address, yet UPS has tried to deliver to the wrong address all the time.  After staying home for a week when my package was supposed to arrive and having received NO delivery attempt notices, I check on the UPS tracking site and apparently they have been trying to deliver all that week.....to some other person I guess!!  They ended up passing the buck when I called to complain, ultimately I found out that my package was incinerated.

100% agree with the UPS comments. I am in canada also and I had this delivery guy keep claiming he was trying to deliver, yet I would be sitting there and never even see the truck outside let alone come to my door. I would have to wait till he tried 3 times and then it would get dropped off at the distribution center and then have someone on their night shift deliver it. What it turned out to be the problem is the guy was not getting his deliveries done and he drove the same route every day, so I was continually not getting my delivery as he would just call it for a day before getting to my area. UPS can get bent, USPS all the way.

You guys ever thought that posting about someone being an asshole isn't going to get you good customer service?

i'll be placing a second order with mycopath this week, and next month , and so on...

best customer service ever, but i was raised to treat others as i wanted to be treated. I think maybe it just works.

and about the weed comment, Graham was just making a joke, and the sad part about it, he's probably 100% correct in what he said,

i've seen nothing but retarded posts come out of mariotrip, and he appears to be a little immature in my book, which makes me think that this "problem with mycopath" is 100% his fault.

i agree with you jeetered 100% but... I placed an order on a friday.. there was a spot where you can have your package deliverd to a different address other than the billing address. I did that. He emailed me and had a problem with my order because the delivery address was different then the billing address. (why have the option on your website then??) so I went to my bank account online and changed the info so it matched the shipping address. I said e could cancel my order and I would replace it because I updated my new address with my bank. I forwarded him a confirmation email from my bank saying that the info was updated. I also asked if he could just send it because I didnt want to go through all the trouble of replacing my order. He replied "thats fine, in the future make sure the shipping address is the same as the billing address" and he also sent another email right after that saying "your order is being processed". in the email exchanges he explained his concern was because of credit card fraud.(i was using a debit card by the way).. anyways the situation was resolved and he said he was processing my order. Well a few days later I emailed him asking if he knew when my order would be shipped.. no reply.. (in the meantime he is on the shroomery posting comments to mariotrip about his messed up order).. I wait 2 more days and email him again asking what the status was.. no reply.. Finally a week goes by and I get an email saying that my order was being refunded because my shipping address didnt match my billing address.. lol are you kidding me!! We exchanged a couple emails and we BOTH came to an agreement on this subject a week earlier. he said "your order is being processed".. well why 7 days later am i getting a refund?.. in the refund email it said "REASON FOR REFUND: shipping address is different than billing address".. ok so I then email him asking why i got a refund and I thought the while address thing got resolved a week ago.. he never replied.. I sent him another email.. no reply.. I sent another email asking when I was suppose to get the credit back in my bank account.. no reply.. I did see the money back in my account 5 days later which I found out is normal for a refund (i talked to my bank). I still never got an email from him nor a reason on why he all of a sudden refunded my money. he never answerd my emails. THEN, the same day i got the email saying my money being refunded I noticed he made a post saying that his business was closed down for a week to catch up on orders.. So I take this as he didnt want my business. He refunded me my money because he didnt want to fill my order. There is no reason why he had to give me a refund. mycosupply has a policy where if the shipping address is different than the billing address they put a 7 day hold on your order before they ship it. whats grahams policy? I would really like to know since his website gave me the option to have my package sent to an address different than my billing address. why have the option and then not honor it? Like I said we worked out the problem through emails and then hesaid he would process my order. everything was worked out and we were on the SAME page regarding my order...Tell the customer their order is being processed then refund their money 7 days later?? On top of all that he never gave me a reason why he all of a sudden issued me a refund and ignored ALL of my emails. Thats not how you do business.

So I have to make my own conclusion since he never gave me any answers.

I conclude: He was backed up on orders so he refunded my money so he didnt have to deal with me.

If he doesnt want my business then fine.

Also my order was damn near $200 worth of shit.

i have ALL of the emails to prove everything I said.

I believe mycopath is a good vender but I had a horrible experience. I dont know about other peoples complaints being true or not but my story is 100% the truth. The only proof in my story are the original emails in which I STILL HAVE.

Im not going to talk smack every time i see a mycopath review. Its in the past. I just had to post my story because i never did.
Nobody will ever catch me saying anything negative about mycopath in the future since I have better things to do than talk shit about a vendor. If anything ill give him 2 thumbs up and continue on my way. Im not one to hold grudges. I just know my business will go elsewhere.
