Slow Maturing fruit

Ok so here's the thing, I have a 2 tubs that are growing well.
Even pinsets and loads of them
Handfuls of mushrooms are towering above the rest and growing really big, the rest though have been growing but really slowly.
So you have loads of smaller and bigger pins just taking ages to mature.
Nothing has aborted and nothing seems to being close to aborting because as I said they are maturing but terribly slowly.
Temperatures, humidity and air exchange are all perfect but still the problem remains.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I`m patient so I`ll just keep up the std process of fanning and misting.
I`ve even considered just leaving them to mature neglect style.
ANyway.
Suggestions?

That`s not the point
They are maturing but really slowly, compared to the monsters that triple in size every day.
I know they`re gong to be strong but they aren`t going to abort so I`m having to wait extra long for them to mature.

Been there & done that .

I just harvested -- when any were ready, patched casing & let the rest grow.

I think the big ones that shoot up first -- are pulling a high % of moisture & nutients away from others.

But, it all evens out in the end.
