You really don't need perlite humidification for casings.

Make sure your temps are 70-80F. If you are having trouble stopping the casing layer colonization: Fan frequently, maybe even leave the lid to the terrarium slightly open for a day, just to stop the mycelium from growing.

How long did you incubate after casing, and before initiation? If you waited more then 48 hours, next time initiate sooner.

Equador should pin in 7-14 days max from time of casing, at temps 74-80 F. Never fruit cubensis below that temp, so I don't know how long it will take otherwise.
