Dehydrator..I know but hear me out..

So I have this Nesco American food dehydrator.  I have had very very low potency with my grows.  I mean like eating 8-10 dried grams and having level 2 trips..just some wall breathing, giggles etc.  I've had better weed..

I've read in here multiple times that a dehydrator should be fine. .Then I put a digital thermometer in the dehydrator yesterday to see how hot it was really getting..It turns out that it gets to atleast 141 degrees F.  After that it just reads high and the LCD screen on it freaks out..So thats probably too hot.

Also I remembered eating just a few caps and stems fresh one day to test them out the very first time I grew any and it was almost as good as the 8g dried.  I'm confused because I've read that the melting point of the alkaloid is something crazy like 430 F for people wanting to make tea..But tea involves water and chemicals cant Oxidize in water right..?  I dunno I'm no chemist but I cant think of anything else making my mushrooms so incredibly weak.

you are supposed to disconnect the heating element before using the dehydrator, I have dried them in the sun and not noticed any difference but in the dehydrator it will kill the active chemical.

141*f is not hot enough to break down psilocin or psilocybin, possibly bad genetics on cakes?

Maybe it is the genetics.  They are B+ on BRF.  I've tried 2 different syringes from 2 different vendors and they were all blanks.  I think my flour is ok..It is supposed to be orgainic brown rice flour from the health/hippy section in the grocery store.  This time I'm trying ecuadors on a rye casing.. maybe I'll have better luck.
