Having a drug policy is one thing, even if its lame shit like you said, but you probably arent going to hire anyone for them that has domestic abuse issues or other things that are more important, so advise them that you wont hire those people either. make it seem like its in their best interest, because really, a lot of places care little about less than a felony anything, if they care so much about "drugs" then they need to care more about other crimes too, you know, important ones.

The people with the pot charges aren't any better than the people without them.  It doesn't make a difference to them.  It's just that it's easier for me to recruit people for their company if they didn't have these ridiculous rules.
