Do most store bought bags of sterilized manure have fungicides in them?

applying a fungicide to a bag of manure would cost more than the profit margin they make on a bag, which is only a few cents after you factor in all the overhead.

why would they put a fungicide in it? to stop 14-year-olds at the shroomery from being able to cultivate dangerous illeagal mushrooms? the kind that corrupt tthe fabric of society and incite youths to embrace communism and terroistic anarchist ideas? get real ! all they want to do is sell all that shit they have around the feedlot so they don't have to find another place to put it, and maybe save enough to put their 14-year-old kid through community college.

Just a simple question with a not so simple ramble on answer, LOL

I am sure that like most things purchased in bulk, the cost of fungicide is relative.

Actually its a good idea to read the label.
I have seen a few bags that have fungicides in them.
