I know this will sound dumb but , I am new to the growing scene ....i have read the pf tek tons of times. I was just wondering if instead of 12 jars could i use a large ziplock baggy? .... details would help.
Before you begin flamin me i have read the ovenbag tek but its unclear......can anyone be more precise?

I've never tried with ziplock bags. I don't think they would survive pressure cooking. You might be able to get away with a microwave sterilization or steam sterilization approach, but it sounds risky to me.
If it were me, I think finding some drinking glasses and sealing the top with foil would be a better approach. For more details on this, read the PF Tek. I think he goes into using substitutes for the canning jars.
Good luck!

ziplock bags are going to have a melt down.
you could get bags from Sporeworks or one of the other Vendors that are pressure cookable.
