Would some white rice or somethin be okay other then brown rice.. Because i have it readily available so if i can use that, it would be cool. I already have 6 jars innoculated but i want to get started on another strain..thanks

I have had success with Rye flower instead of brown rice flower, it's also easier to find as Walmart and most other stores have it. White rice tends to have less nutrients than brown, I believe that is why they suggest using brown.

Well, you could read the cultivation FAQ. It offers a wide range of substrates. But experimenting can cost you a vial of spores, I suppose you could use white rice ( ground of course) but imagine your yield would be less than the others. But really you should check the Cultivation FAQ at this site, it will answer most of these kinds of questions.
