Anyone know the major constituents in fungicides used for animal feed? Does sterilization of a grain treated with fungicide make it possible to use as a substrate for mycelium growth?
Also upon sterilization if a grain has a mixed white coloring is this caused from exploding grains or fungicides? Can a substrate in this condition still be used sucesfully?

It is generally a bad idea to try to use a material which is tainted with something specifically antagonistic to what you want to grow. I think many fungicides would survive the process, anyway.
