but what frequency do i have to tune into to hear a ipod to a home stereo?

I'm sure different FM transmitters broadcast at different frequencies...


But I would try the lower ones.

you have to have one of the ipod tuner kits for that. and if you have one it should give you the frequency it uses.

Just buy a RCA to 3.5mm mini-jack cable.

You can get them for a couple of quid... You'll be able to listen to the music on your ipod at a higher quality than that of those crappy fm transmitter things.

You'll also be able to plug anything else in that uses a mini-jack :shrug:

for sure, that is what i use, i just keep a channel open for that whenever i wanna plug in my mp3 or computer
