Astros v. Phillies

#8289566 - 04/16/08 01:15 AM (18 years, 6 months ago)

the
most
boring
game
ever.

In the 9th inning however, down 3-0, the Phillies crank a 1 run lead-off HR, a 2 run HR, and a double down the 3rd baseline that scored an average speed runner from 1st, with a close play at the plate. WOW! That is how you want to see your team win in those boring goose-egg games.

I went to the Rockies and Brewers at Coors here a while back and saw only the 4th ever 1-0 game at that park, so that's gotta be up there. With the added insult that I paid some good coin for tickets. But at least I spent a good amount of time at Falling Rock before hand.
