Phillies catch up to Mets

Nobody was expecting this. They knocked out my team but I'd much really see the Phillie take the division. If they make it into the post season, Rollins will get the NL MVP, no doubt.

I am a Cubs fan who lives near the Rockies and was a child when they were formed, so I root them both on. I'm having issues right now. Especially considering the fact that the Cubs refuse to win, and the Padres are finishing the year against the Brewers. Plus you cannot help but to like the Phillies. What a season, and what a great weekend (and probably more)

It would be awesome if the Rockies won the wild card and Phillies won the east. I'm going for the Cubs to win the Central division.

The way the Mets have been playing I feel pretty good about saying the Phillies will win the division.

Man O Man, I feel their pain. Of course I have an old non-friend who's a HUGE Mets fan and while I'm not sure of it, okay I am, I know it's killing him and that makes me feel warm inside for all the years he bagged on the Cubs.
Where would this rank in terms of all time collapses? The '69 Cubs, '52 Dodgers??
Thoughts??

Numero uno. They were anointed the best team in the NL all season, played well enough for awhile to firmly cement the notion that the NL is a triple A league that they should be best in and then just turned into total mutts. My cock swells.

Thanks guys. I haven't had much time to follow it real close but man. I think they're already down right now. But the Cubs are ahead. I feel good having Z on the hill
...and Lilly on Sunday if needed. Almost everyone I know is at the Rox game, but that's cool 'cause I'm home with my family, a great dinner, and an even better bottle of Shiraz.
It's about to get hot

Seriously awesome. Phillies up 3 to nothing over the Nationals in the bottom of the fifth and the Mets losing to the Marlins, 3 to 6 top of the forth.

What a glorious collapse. Not only are the Mutts out of the division by one game but they're out of the WC by two. Bwahahahaha. I think Colorado pretty much died last night too. Jesus the National League sucks cock.

Good shit by the Phils. It's about time they didn't choke. Should be a fun playoffs this year. I live in Chicago, but I gotta still root for the maroon pinstripes in the town I was born. Go Phillies! More importantly (to me) Go Eagles against the Giants.

I went online and could have been 10th row behind home plate as I only need one ticket. I just couldn't pull the trigger though as I'm not sure when I'll be able to get downtown.
I'd rather be happy and get in a little late in a relaxed mood then to stress out getting there.
Either way, Blake street will be the center of the baseball universe tomorrow night.
Talk to y'all later!!

Willie Randolph didn't pitch 1/3rd of an inning and give up 7 runs. Willie Randolph didn't leave 6 men in scoring position in the first three innings. Willie Randolph didn't instruct Billy Wagner to blow saves or tell Jose Reyes to turn into nothing or Lastings Milledge to be a retard. Willie Randolph didn't make his starting pitchers have a 6 ERA in September. Willie Randolph isn't the problem.
