Need brown Rice Tek

I have a bag of organic brown rice that isnt ground up into flour yet. Id like to use the whole grains of rice instead. Was wondering if anyone had a good recipe, url, or webpage that shows you how to use brown rice, or rice in general.....I just need an idea of what the water ratio should be and if I need to soak etc...........i looked on the faq, but all i found were rye berry teks ......thanks ...................btw...im not a newbie.i temperarly lost by damn account.......

You can grind up the rice instead and just use the pf tek

For each pint sized jar add 1/4 cup whole brown rice and 1/3-1/2 cup water. The trick is you have to shake them up right after you finish pressure cooking them( ofcourse wait until the pressure goes down to zero on the cooker before opening), or if they cool, the rice will congeal into a solid mass. bluhoney

Or you could do what it do. Cook the Brown rice as it says on the bag/box. mix some verm + water till it is damp but not dripping water. mix half verm and half Brown rice. place in the jars and PC. no need to shake i have also noticed faster colonization with whole BR insted of BRF. More air space to grow.
