I wipe out Africa and install a very large theme park where the citizens of the world will be shipped for their happy vacations. There will be a rotation so every country can be at the theme park with people who speak their language. They will be transported by the planes that are now unused by the wiped out african population.

you're free to buy your own food, water, and shelter, if that's what you want. it is your choice.

regardless i'd still make it a social given that healthy food, clean water, and insulated shelter is freely available to anyone in need of it, if I were an all-powerful tyrant that is. :grin:

I would build lots of statues and get a lot of scribes. I would not worry about running the world effectively or anything, my spot in history would be secured by my ego alone.

I always figured genetically taking traits of native African plants and then combining it with some vegetable plants or something. The reason nothing grows in Africa is because I think theres not enough rain to keep the plants alive, so you need drought protection. So you create cacti/tomato plants or something (skys the limit with combinations). With the amount of sun they would get and all the people that would love to farm plants for money, Africa could become a real hardcore industrial place to be. Right now we are the ones givin them food, but someday I think they will be giving us the food... "made in Africa"

But I like your ideas everyone.

lots of stuff.

probably at first i would create a central world currency, and then mandate capitalist societies take into account the amount of happiness they produce instead of just profit. have some societies be socialist if they want to, or tribal or whatever the fuck else.

also there would be no right to privacy, but all the other rights would be intact

oh yeah, the education and prison system in all countries would be updated.

people are now no longer allowed to have dogs in cities.

oh yeah and there need to be new wonders built at great expense.

Companies and organisations that promote war to further their own profits would be systematically executed. British citizens who are capable of pronouncing the letter 'T' but forgo it's use will face my firing lines.

Millitaries over the world would be little more than firing squads to kill all those that piss me off.

The money saved from that could go to dealing with the big issues first. Legal drugs that'd bring down the artificially high prices of certain plants, encouraging farmers to grow more food. Better irrigation worldwide.

Whilst we're on the subject of land management and agriculture, companies like monsanto would be disbanded, and the ones responsible for the travesty of Bt cotton and other failed GM organisms would again face a quick death by firing squad, which is more than I can say for the millions of Indian's who faced poverty and starvation due to their false promises.

In regions affected by it, educational instruction would be given into the history of balkanisation, and how governments have always used groups to play on people's xenophobia, diverting their attentions to racism rather than doing the important thing, which is to threaten government continiously. This is government's incentive to do well. Except my government, because if I catch anyone in my government showing signs of corruption, I will have legal precedent to shove a red hot poker up their arse. This will be my personal incentive for government officials to not be amoral cunts.

When that's all done the people of the world would enter a new golden age of peace and prosperity. All of them would unite in the noble cause of building a gargantuan laser grid that would offer earth 360 degree protection from those damn dirty aliens. If there's any technologically advanced craft that comes in range shows signs of cuntery, then I will be honour bound to order their FATAL AND PERMANENT COHERANT BEAM ENGLIGHTENMENT

I would also have my own personal battleship with indoor pool, sauna and hydroponics garden and airstrip. It would have a soundproofed inner sanctum I could practise my passion for maniacal laughter and accordion.
