Both bands make me awestruck every time I hear it. I've listened to both everyday for years and still can't understand how they do it so great! But yeah, I'm pretty sure APC is done. Puscifer is Maynard's main thing now and Tool will be doing stuff before APC ever gets back together. It's all over their fan website. But you can dream... I guess.

The future of both of these bands, apc and tool, is very exciting. All the band members are such great musicians i will be happy with anything that comes out. I wonder how many practice sessions they had that were recorded. I'd love to hear some behind the scenes or 'making of' stuff to come out in the years to come. Maynard really dove deep into wine making. From what i can gather he is involved w/ 2 vineyards atm and he is out in az busy with that. But, that doesn't mean he isn't writing new stuff for any number of projects he has going on. Recently there was some hype about tool getting back sooner than expected to put out another album, but who knows. so long story short - anything is possible.
