The New APC album

I managed to get the new apc album downloaded and after the first listen... I don't know. It's good but it's not in the same class as the 13th step, although there is a pretty sweet remix of pet. I think it is one of those CD's that grows on you in time

If someone has some server space and bandwidth they don't mind using i'll be happy to upload it for everyone... but remember to buy the CD when it comes oot.

I'm not that impressed either
And the Pet remix is nowhere near as good as Pet, even its name is crap

I thought it was junk....I downloaded it from suprnova a few days ago...I guess I'll have to wait until another Tool album is released to hear anything good from Maynard

seems like he must've needed some $$$
in addition to eMotive, there will aMotive, a remix album coming out a week or two later...
Maynard has been taking lessons from Puffy...

a remix album huh....if they're going to suck this bad why dont they just do some N'Sync covers....that would probably be worth listening to just to laugh

I have no issues when artists try and get a message out... but his talent and music suffers greatly this time around, it's pretty sad to tell the truth

seemed to be anti-war themed and composed of covers of old songs (Imagine, When the Levy Breaks etc) and remixes of their older stuff (counting bodies like sheep to the rythm of the war drums). i wasnt too impressed but it was nice hearing some new maynard.

It's not new Maynard though. It's covers.

Amotive will be dvd/cd combo of videos and a few remixed songs I think.

i think this album was more about the message rather than the songs. and in that sense it is a good album. but yeah, i agree with all of ya about the music for the most part. ya have to remember they're covers, and maynard made this album for the message, not really the music.
