Getting Appropriate Amounts of Exercise

Here is a great site that supports a free workout program with a huge free database of workout videos and exercise tutorials. If you just check the site once a day and do the short (usually about 15 minutes) workout they post you will get in shape fairly quick.

Riding a bike everywhere is a pretty good fitness strategy. It's way cheaper than a car too!
