The LSD trade
    #8217921 -

Do you guys think that there is going to be another psychedelic movement or not?  And if so do you think it will happen soon?  Peace:sunny::mushroom2:

Another psychedelic movement? Probably not. The psychedelics movements coincided with the legal days of psychedelics and extended into the time it was made illegal, and basically put to end by the prohibition of them. The likelihood of psychedelics being made legal is slim, so I'd say most likely not.

Yes, I, too, doubt it will ever be like it was in the 60's.

in my hometown
a wave of shroom-growing erupted out of no where in the colleges

almost every other dorm had shrooms growing
most of them PF style

it's crazy

If this era sees any sort of real change it's not going to come from people finding contentment in religion or from mind expanding experiences. It will come from the people of the cultures around the world standing up for what they believe in, and standing up against their government to restore the real freedoms that are entitled to a human being that are being so steadily and systematically taken from us.

I will disagree with the previous posters to say yes there will be a new psychedelic movement in the future. It will be nothing like the movement of the 60's though. It will come AFTER, but will not spawn an era of great radical change within the context of American society. I believe the new psychedelic movement will be a RELIGIOUS one, with a psychedelic drug as it's sacrament. I think it will destroy the old order, and threaten the existence of Christianity. The new psychedelic movement will happen peacefully, and over a very very long period of time. Mankind will one day be reconnected with nature.

I agree on some of what you said. But I think it's gonna happen sooner possibly 2012. I don't think there really needs to be a sacrament I think that's archaic and unnecessary.

I don't know what you base your theories that another psychedelics revolution is around the corner on but it's not practical or likely in this day in age. As much as all of us neo-acid-freaks would love to have another age of wide spread public psychedelics use and a culture of moderate acceptability of our use in the public eye. It's not likely or even plausible to happen.

Just go to a lot of music festivals and be with the like minded neo-acid-freaks that do find widespread public psychedelic use acceptable.

Problem solved.

Same thing happened to me when I played Neil Armstrong in Moonshot. They found me in an alley in Burbank trying to re-enter the earth's atmosphere in an old refrigerator box.

Not practical eh? Well that's where the LSD family comes in when they start mass producing LSD again. They're waiting for the right time and I think the right time is soon possibly. The glass is half full my friend. Drink up!

Theres always a movement.

In the US at the moment the movement is in DMT, shrooms, salvia and mesc. Theres also RC's and the XTC culture etc.

People are learning through the internet.

I doubt there will be another acid wave like there was. At least, not in America.

I'm hoping that the family gets back together and starts synthesizing a fuckton of LSD and puts it in our water supply lol.
