I once had a plan with sprint and i accidentally left the internet running on my phone all night by hitting the button by accident. i didnt download a thing or view any pages.

When my bill came for that month it was around 300.00! i promptly called sprint and they had no desire to help me out or believe my story. That was the end of my relationship with sprint.:crankey:

I know it was my fault but who wouldn't have called and seen if they couldnt work something out with them...

me, my fiancee and a few friends all have sprint, and have had them for a year or better, ive yet to have any problems with service, customer service or anything for that matter... :shrug:

thats why you turn off the internet and have it prompt you EVERY time you want to get on. like you said, it was your fault. :thumbup:

They double charged me in July when i switched to a new phone. I have been with sprint for 4 years before...

Through charge backs and what not something got screwed up and now they say i owe them money. Which i don't. They cut my phone service in December and i been trying to get by on random prepaid cards. Also my phone just malfunctioned so i can't really send it in for repair. So they threatened a credit agency on me and now i have a lawyer. My lawyer kind of sucks though. I want to take them to conciliation court for a refund on my phone since i didn't buy it to be a paper weight.
