Anyone hear not heard this song? It's excellent. The video below is a shortened version of the song, cuts off at the end...the full one is attached to this post and is 7 mins long and triptastic.

i didn't really dig it. the vocals definitely bothered me. reminded me of animal collective, but in an annoying way

Well, that was ... okay. Kinda annoying and distracting, but it had good energy.
It was like indie Ween with Macbooks instead of 4-tracks and coffee instead of nitrous.

that song came out nearly a year ago. the best battles was what they released before their latest album. the newer album sucks compared to EP C B EP, etc. I saw them perform a few years back - they opened for prefuse in 2005 I believe and they were spot on.

What this have to do with the Grateful Dead? :confused: I mean I like em and all, but you can't compare all bands to them.
