I was listening to a few songs off of it, and it is excellent.

yeah, it's a great album. I love the 5.1 DVD-A disc. it's pretty amazing if you have a good setup.

clouds taste mettalic is superior, but that doesnt mean yoshimi isnt an excellent cd...

I just realized I only have CTM in .flac, heh.

I have Transmissions... and The Soft Bulletin mp3s. check PMs, Redstorm.

p.s. I also have the Fight Test EP in .flac has anyone heard that? it has a cover of Radiohead's Knives Out and some other goodies like a more techno vocal remix of Do You Realize.

yeah i suppose it is there most user friendly album... ctm is amazing though, hell pretty much everything theyve done i love. zaireeka is another amazing piece of work, but difficult to get so many stereos together at once! (worth it however :wink:

agreed. Yoshimi is certainly more accessible, which isn't necessarily bad. it has great production and some really strong tracks and is more of a complete/flowing album than their earlier ones. I prefer CTM and TSB, though. Zaireeka parties are neat. :smile:

imo, they've evolved somewhat like Pink Floyd did. their early Syd Barrett influence was very apparent, and they just kept evolving and becoming more polished. incredible band.

my ex had a copy. she lived with me last summer and i havnt really looked through the little stuff she left since we broke up but i know that disc is in there..
