mole as a pet?

i think moles are great but could i take one as a pet? they sometimes come out of the ground when it rains a lot around here.

i was thinking of getting a large glass container filled with dirt and feed it with grains or carrots or whatever they eat.

arent those things the size of cats? i couldnt imagine them being very friendly either atleast thats not the vibe i get

I can't imagine it would be very happy...they need lots of room to dig and move around.

I usually shoot the fuckers if I see em in my yard.

I tried keeping one once in a large fish tank full of dirt but it died a week later :shrug: .
