She didn't know what she was doing because she got herself in a situation like that.
Come on here, this is simple stuff.
Abolishing personal responsibility it what fills us of shit in the first place.
She was not forced to drink, she did not suffer from metal retardation, so she was fully aware of the effects of alcohol.
You don't get drunk all of a sudden, so she could observe the effects progressively. At some point she started to feel sick but she continued to drink.
I've been drunk for quite a few times and I know how it happens and what's the process of getting from drunk to very drunk.
What are you trying to say here anyways? That her friends or the bartender should have known better than her what was happening to HER OWN body and stop her?

Fair enough if you open a box of cereal and eat a dead rats spinal cord and get seriously ill or something, then sue...if your daughter drinks herself to death, the only people you can blame is her and yourself for raising her to be such a bar fly, but ultimately her, thats if your the type of person who "blames" in the 1st place.

Sure oyu can go onto saying the government make alochol legal to kill us off blah blah...everything should be legal, alcohol included. We ahve free will, that is part of life, we can drink ourselves to death or not...we should have more choices then just drinking ourselves to death...

I understand man, or can try to, ive had alcohol do sum very torturous things to me when i was younger, my stepdad used to completely lose it and smash up the place, i was only 6/7 years old, so for about 6 months i used to be shit scared he was gonna go mental and kill me my mum and sister.

Tehn i stopped contact with my own dad because i went round one day and there was vomit on the floor due to drinking.

Drinking just scared the shit out of me, i thought it was evil.
