Ways to get angry/raged

Well i just cant seem to do it, i cant get angry, i used to have anger problems and now i just cant get angry.... problem is (kinda stupid) i have to fight someone (not for drugs, its for my gf) to make sure my reputation doesn't decrease, and i just cant get enraged.... I know fighting is dumb and i don't often do it, that is why im so happy, but this is something i must do or face humiliation fro the rest of my life... so any methods would be great :laugh:

Fighting isn't the answer. You won't face humiliation for the rest of your life. Maybe a couple people will laugh at you, but believe me it won't last longer than high school.

If you have a gf who insists that you fight "for her"...you need to get rid of that gf.

i cant get enraged when someone hits me, it just doesn't work im to happy...

lol i know thats why i think its dumb but... when your out of school and just smoke up with friends it goes along way, next day they dont want to hang with you, then you get that shitty feeling and you feel like you want to move to a different city... ect... id rather get mad and then just live my life...

Never get angry before or during a fight. Being pissed off only causes you to lose your head or lose focus, when you need to focus the most. It's better to piss your enemy off, emotionally overwhelm him and physically overwhelm him. Remember fighting doesn't solve problems, but if you do have to fight, no emotion.
