^^ thats the only situation in which "bad acid" contains LSD -- when its impure and you eat a SHITLOAD -- enough for impurities to be active.

last week my friend gave me a vial of something he said was acid. i took it and it didnt work, so he asked the hook, and the hook said that he had put too much speed in it or something, so it was bunk. i think it was paint thinner, cause it smelled like rubbing alcohol, and it burned when i put the drops in my mouth. i dunno know really what chemicals go into acid, but i dont think acid has speed in it. could that really be the problem or was it probly just fake?

Speed isn't orally effective in liquid LSD doses. More than likely fake.

If you get an active drug on a blotter it is not rat poisening, and it probably isnt speed(although I know little about speed).
I have tripped around 80 times on lsd, and one time it was not lsd or a shitty synth(morning glory-like). The ones that were not lsd were thick, plyable, and large red gel-tabs(not like good gel tabs, which are small, brittle, and most potent).
We knew they were weird to begin with. We took them anyways and tripped pretty damn hard but it was not lsd. I have no idea what it was, but it felt like a little bit like lsd, mixed with speed and dxm, although im sure that thats not what it was, it couldnt be. I never have been into research chems, and it probably was one of those. It sounds like 2ci, 2cb or one of its relatives, given how it felt and how thick and wide these gels were. I had a good time but it was no lsd thats for sure. After around 80 trips on acid you know the difference, know that this somewhat bunk stuff is pretty uncommon, and that there are some shitty synths out there(many of which are easier to make than LSD yet are VERY similare to LSD). Ill try to find the link about the 30 or so lsd like alks that resemble LSD chemically and experientially(bad synths). Still, if your acid aint that great, the the greater portion of the time it only because its weak. If you know LSD, youll know if what you took was greatly/slightly different. I have one or two other times had acid that was just a shitty synth and was weak because of it. It was still an LSD like molecule.

Theres no way you could get acid that is bad and gives you some sort of effect...there arent any chemicals that are as potent as LSD, and thus getting acid that was synthesized wrong wouldn't be active.

(bromodragonfly aside...but i dont believe you were talking about people lying, but rather bad synthesis)

It smelt like alcohol because it was dissolved in alcohol. You dealer is an idiot if he says he put too much speed in it. Speed is in no way involved in the manufacture of LSD. You probably just got ripped off.

I was under the impression that it was DOB or DOI (aka STP) amd people thought that it was acid that never stopped working.

Yeah - same here, I was so excited as a friend brought some round to a house party that we were throwing, and it was my 1st time (with acid you dirty things :-P) I know this guy, in the past, has been absolutely out of it - so I expected something special...

...but it just didn't do anything at all!!!

ive had hits go bad in like two or three days before also. they were left in the fridge in the vegetable drawer. does it get fucked that fast, or am i probly getting jacked again? cause out of a handful of hits, me and a friend tripped on the ones we took, and we tried it again with another friend of ours later that week and got nothing.

I've never had bad acid (poisoning, etc)

But I've had some horribly weak acid

So weak that I thought I got ripped off, smoked some weed, and ended up extending a horribly mediocre trip into three days

lsd should not feel like that at any dose.

I would never say this other than this time, but it sounds like you took an RC. Id still say that even when you said so little darkfluffy.

LSd is far more visual and cognative than it is a body high.

If you had real acid you would have atleast understood why people get ALOT out of it.

Zeus, did you just say that the lsd seemed weak and you tripped for about 3 days. Again it sounds like an RC.
Dox chemicals seem to do the same thing you both are talking about.

It weirds me out too, because Ive had weak acid, and Ive had extreemely potent acid. I have tripped on lsd arouynd 70-80 times.
It was always acid except for two times. Those were certainly RC's.

Personally, I have tried many psychedelics and had some very wonderful experiences. My first experience with the hardcores was at 10klf in 2005. I ate mushrooms by the quarters, and love it. Had some very good E and tried LSD for the first time, One night I mixed them all.. I don't recommend this.. I was lucky. I had a great time dancing with my bare feet pressed in the rain puddles. I felt Whole, I wanted to literally fly. I did acid twice on this trip and bought some for home, which I shared with a friend. This was all good.. Until.... 10klf 2006. This in no means is directed towards the festival, this festival is great, spiritual, and unique. However I had drank too much and met a couple pushing a stroller with a infant (innocent enough?) So the guy offers me some acid, I was stoked.. So as he handed it to us to look at I popped it in my mouth, thinking it was a large tab.. but turned out to be some highly potent/maybe a little bunk if I do say so... Micro's. I had just devoured 6 hits of acid.. umm... I was a bit worried. The dude assured me that it was all visual and that my mind would stay clear. Everyone knows that is right. So about 4 hours later I started to feel it and it came on FAST and HARd. The fireworks were practically entering my mouth and I was provoked to give out some pretty fierce primal screams as I danced around. I bought a dress... and the guy must of felt bad so he sold it for 5 bucks.. I told him I was soooo happy .. (Pink and yellow were my favorite colors, he laughed ) later i came to the reality that my dress was green and red :smile: haha. Anyways.. so like 5 in the a.m. comes around and I'm still going and getting a little worried, watched the trees turn to arms, the ground rip open, talked to jesus, and freaked out. I heard voices judging me, I remember every argument/fight i'd ever been it, and I couldn't snap back It was like I had died and went to hell, this lasted for 9 more hours, and I finally came out a bit, but my anxiety level was high.. I felt numb, and lifeless, like the walking dead. Everyone was passed out around the campsite and I just paced, holding my face in my hands and crying. I was positive I would never return from this.. I was positive thatmy once bubbly, happy, lovely, friendly self was packed a ways away.. forever. We drove back that day, me and my now ex.. I puked on the freeway in nothing but a t-shirt, 5 miles down I peed on the freeway in nothing but a t-shirt.. I was a mess... I had lost 10 pounds in 2 days. I looked wierd, and when we made it to a rest stop I looked in the mirror and freaked. My blonde curls were now drooping and melting into my breast, I looked dead. I finally fell asleep for the first time in 72 hours and woke up 10 hours later, had something to drink and felt.. like I could be coming back.. and I did. I was preaching about god and second chances and going on and on. Well it was over. I though.. bout a week later I decided to smoke a blunt (when I came back I decided to quit pot after vigorously smoking/selling it for years) so I smoked.. looked at the trees, and felt it all over.. I got scared, went home and curled up and cried and had a mild but bad trip on my sofa for 2 days.. this is no lie.. I went to the E.R. and they shot me up with adovan (SP) excuse.. and put me out for hours.. I was fine asleep but it didnt' go away.. I had a mild buzz for 5 months, Felt weird about going outside, felt weird about friends and family, felt weird in my body, felt weird to be alive... I broke up with my boyfriend. and moved back to my home town. I was lost. sad. I started hiking everyday and pushed for miles through the cliff regions and through the spring snow and felt horrible alot, but I learned to accept my spacyness.. I hiked and hiked and picked rocks and cried sometimes. But I started to feel happy. I reconnected with friends from highschool, and met some great people, I drank alot but It helped me feel normal, if i was drunk than I had a reason to feel "strange" so this went on thru summer and I finally have pulled myself back. I don't touch weed.. and you couldn't pay me the money in the world to trip again. I'm not saying its anyones fault. But something wasn't right.. I snapped... I was a very stable college student... I was a very happy stable girlfriend... and now I'm happy to be home, and to be in the last part of recovery and I have learned to love life again and to enjoy all the wonders of this world, with a clean mind. Once you feel like you are losing your mind.. you never want to put it in jeopardy again. Your mind is truley a valuable thing, and its more vulnerable than you think. Being Raw is best for me.. It feels right. I hope you all are careful and play with a heavy heart. Dance in your barfeet, bathe in the sun, love, laugh, and experience life and movement.. and be glad to have it, respect it, find yourself and you won't need anything else to bind you.

Yea, moisture kills lsd. Putting it in the fridge/freezer is dumb unless you can guaruntee it won't get moisture on it. Also, putting it in the fridge/freezer is unnecessary

Wow dude, are you kidding? Everything is made up of chemicals. I believe you mean to say synthetics (man made substances). But just because something is man made doesn't mean it's bad, and just because it's natural doesn't mean that it's good.


If you have something that isn't acid, there's a chance that it's a DOx chemical.

To my knowledge there is no "Bad acid" IT's either bunk or a different chemical

Acid refers to LSD-25 if it's "Bad" it's not LSD-25 it's prolly an anologue or another chemical

Yes I had some good liquid go bad after a few years in the fridge.
Still active but way more body load. Not really fun at all.
So I guess it was just good acid that had degraded to bad acid.
Also if the chemist does not throughly clean the product it will contain
more iso-lsd and lumi-lsd and other impurities which could lead to a
less enjoyable experience. It would still be Acid but it would not be
the really clean and enjoyable type.
