Ah... You got me. Technically I didn't graduate I transfered to a 4 year college just a few classes short of graduating.

I didn't really have much of a choice on the search though. He didn't ask or anything just reached over started patting me down and sticking hands in pockets. One pocket made a crinkling noise and he got all serious whats that. I'm like just a bunch of old receipts.

I was thinking he had the right to pat me down but not actually take anything out of my pockets which he did. That is probably why he asked me if I had any weapons. He probably knew I didn't and was just hoping to find some drugs. I should have at least said I didn't consent to a warrant-less search, but I wasn't really worried I didn't have anything on me and I was just ready to get out of there.

I have been skating for a long time now and have been kicked out of more spots then i can count, had many boards confinscated and been trated like shit by many cops... thats just the shit you got to deal with man!

as far as vehicals they have to actually see the probable cause inside it(if it isnt you/your breathe/smell), as far as you go if they feel something that feels like a weapon(knife,gun) then you gotta empty your pockets otherwise that guy was just a dick

He shouldn't have searched your person, and you should have been walking away from his dumb ass by that point anyway.
