I know there has been a lot of topics on this...but i'm doing shrooms next week and i want to watch a movie i've never watched before...and something I can rent at a video store. Any ideas? I want a really trippy cool movie.

sweet...i didn't think LOTR was out yet. i'm gonna get that! Can't wait. This sunday. Which also brings me to a question......

I did 5 grams on a monday...and then that friday i did a solo trip with 3 grams. I seemed to have barely any tolerance in that case and had a pretty good trip it seemed. Powerful enough anyway(for 3 grams). Now i'm wondering...i plan to do shrooms this sunday(the 11th)...you think i will have built up a lot of tolerance or something? Should i still have an awesome trip(5 grams i'm taking)?

LOTR came out on DVD and video here today.
About the tolerance, try and wait at least a week or 2. It'll be worth the wait

I can't. I'm housesititng right now(house to myself)...and it's the perfect setting. I only have it till the 16th...and my friends can only come on the 11th. If i don't do it then, i'm gonna have to wait a LONG time before i can do them again. I'm just wonderin what my tolerance will be like. i kind of think i'll be fine considering i took 5 grams before, on a monday and 3 more grams on that same friday(and i had a pretty good trip for 3 grams). I'm waiting even longer this time...it'll have been 9 days. ahh well...i'm gonna do them anyway. hope it works out

I suppose if you're doing 5 grams, you should still get a decent trip out of it. Perhaps smoke some weed on the peak if you want to push yourself higher. And some albums can actually push your mind much higher too!

Toy Story 1&2, Shrek, Antz, Bugs life,

any animated one with familiar voices, the dialog is usually strange anyway, and add a fam. voice to an unfamiliar form (the cartoon) can be fun.

Another movie popped into my head today....Mars Attacks, a slightly creepy, but buzzy and funny movie
Simple plot, and cool graphics and funny shit to see.

Sweet trip pix sheep and swan...must check out.......I saw Toy Story for the first time while on cid...very neat...also must add a classic--"The Mind's Eye". I'm sure many have seen this while "finely tuned".......

Have you actually tried this? I'm going to rent Wizard of Oz soon (maybe today) and actually try it. I'm kind of skeptical but I'd really like to see if all the buzz is warranted. Cool I'm pumped now

I know it's not a movie but if you can time it right try watching that Greg the Bunny TV show. Its a lot of fun if you're only on level one or two.

The first time I tripped I watched Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with the sound off for some of it, throwing on some mellow beats in the background. The boat scene kinda fucked with my head a lot though. loll. :regularshroom:

ohhhhhh fucking YELLOW SUBMARINE man! you cant top that one, youre missing out if you havent seen it. the beatles music and trippyass animation..what more could you ask for? another good movie i like that reminds me of shrooms, but havent watched on shrooms, is Waking Life; they really shot the movie but animated over all the people to make it more eye pleasing, very good mushroom-like conversations going on too. and The Wall is good too, of course.

LEGEND !!!!  that movie for me is the best to watch , its my favorite movie but when im triping i always feel like i wanna be out in the forest and this movie is so perfect for it.  And the colors and stuff are so beautiful when they are outside.  And the music is so like magical.  I wish i could live inside that movie. :thumbup:
